Simply wished to get everybody’s opinion. Does Tezos have first movers benefit over Cardano? Is that this excellent news that possibly we will look ahead to institutional staking? Or are we too early to inform and simply maintain hodling and believing in Charles and workforce?

  1. I think it’s good news not only for Cardano but for the entire crypto space. If all goes well I’m sure Coinbase will want to stake others like Eth, Ada, etc in the future. Let’s see how this goes.

  2. At this stage in Crypto I think Tezos moving forward is good for all. It is short sited to think that Tezos and Cardano have to fight to the death. They will both end up successful and inter-operable.

  3. First movers blaze the trail and gift their expensive mistakes to the next set of incumbents. If DApps were raining money right now on some gold standard platform (they are not) it’d be a bit of a concern.

Overall I see this as being healthy for the space. I don’t think we’ll know if Cardano is the real winner for a few years (and this is also predicated on so many third party elements). I’m holding a 3-5 year timeline horizon and expecting some cool stuff from this project.
