Why use The People’s Network?
Let’s dive in, shall we? Smart Mimic was looking for an IoT network with reach, scale, and security, not to mention cost efficiency, enter The People’s Network. We first collaborated on their Mimic GO consumer product line, centering around on-the-go devices and their vision of a portable security system for your home and belongings. But more recently, the focus shifted to Mimic S, which aims to turn the workplace into a risk-free environment by making sure employees keep their distances and limit contact with one another. Contact tracing requirements will vary locally, regionally, and of course, company to company. Here are ways Mimic S maintains transparency and aids in alerting (with alarm, light, or vibration) employees to stay safe:
- Maintains social distance between employees
- Keeps track of social distance violation events
- Sends alerts to remind employees to keep their distance
- Detects risky contacts
