Idea/Concept

Fund Raise From Public/Private (Token sale, ICO, Funding)

Development & Research

Product Delivery

Money/Profit Shared among all Investors.

Important Notes :
Funders: public/private backers
Liability: Yes, since money is raised from the public, and diverting or misleading from the goal is illegal.

Well, the main difference comes in the funding phase, where common blockchain companies go for public funding, THIRM Protocol was entirely funded by its founder. All the legal, development, and management costs, the salary of employees is paid by the founder.

THIRM was given to early Testers and volunteers who helped the project grow with suggestions, feedback, and testing.

We did not raise any funds thru public funding or ICO or token sale.

Important Notes :
Since THIRM Protocol is completely self-funded, We do not hold any responsibility or liabilities, as your money was not used to build this project, we are not required by law to answer/report you on any decision we make.
