Good evening! How are you? For me, it’s a great week that is ending, and what a week! Thank you again for all your support.
To start, I’ll debrief the last Community Call, here are the links (English: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cEZ3SO5EmR0 / French: https://youtube.com/watch?v=9hNXusqEYX0), the biggest point apart from the announcement of the sale of East 71 was of course the state of affairs of Fullerton following the fire. As a result, most of the common areas have been renovated, 7 apartments have found their tenants, 3 apartments are still being renovated with a duration of 2 to 3 months, these are obviously those which were most affected during this incident. Photos will be shared with you this week on networks and Telegram.
The second point concerns the managers of the Detroit properties, for several reasons which are mainly linked to a lack of involvement on their part, indeed, RealT is non-stop, we are a small team and have few partners, but we must all have the same desire, the same motivation and the same vision, suddenly that was no longer the case today, new managers will be put in place very soon.
Regarding the last sales and particularly the East 71, the servers, once again, have not been well enough optimized, it is not for lack of adjustments every week for a month now, but the progression of new investors is huge, more than 600 new registrations since the beginning of October, it is our biggest progression to date. Suddenly, decisions have been made, the servers will be scalable depending on the traffic on the site, other migrations like the database, have also been planned, this should be resolved for next Thursday or Friday.
Concerning the novelties, we had been asked several times, now, from tomorrow, an email will be sent to you at each distribution of rent.
Finally, no news yet for the L2 deployment, but it is still in progress.
So this is for the biggest points discussed in the Community Call.
