The community, the team, my neighbors, my dog Blar and Thanos are all dying to see the official launch of Nano Contracts.
Why are we all so eager to learn more about this development? Will it be a game-changer in the industry? Will it allow just about anyone to build solutions on the blockchain without friction? Will it empower a new era of developers to help scale the mass adoption of decentralized systems? Will this be the definitive bridge between Oracles and blockchain?
The answer relies on whoever chooses to build with Nano Contracts. Only until we have passed a full vetting process will we be able to witness the full potential of this innovation. The wait may seem forever, but we are certain that it is worth our every effort.
Meanwhile, I have some great news for our community! Hathor Network CTO Marcelo Brogliato has made a short announcement in our main Telegram chat about bringing our community closer to the initial stages of the development process for Nano Contracts.
“ I’ll release an RFC soon with the details of how Nano Contracts work and some examples. Guto, Andres, and all the others will let you know when it is available. 😉 I’m also working in a PoC that will be used to run a separate Testnet for Nano Contracts in Q3.”
“This Testnet with Nano Contracts will be public and you all will be welcome to join and help us with tests, integrations, use cases, exchanges, DEX, bridges, and all other stuff you’d like to build on top of it.”
This is the ultimate opportunity to be a part of the official launch of Nano Contracts and to help us transform the blockchain landscape for everyone. Great things take time and we always value proper testing over launching prematurely. Nano Contracts are just around the corner and we can’t wait to see all of the amazing use cases for them.
