In the new version 2.12.0, the messenger instantly receives and sends Dash transfers and updates transaction statuses of other cryptocurrencies faster. In total — 33 commits and 152 changed files in the repository.
Cryptocurrency users are used to waiting for network “confirmations” to receive transfers. It is about 10 minutes for Bitcoin, 3 minutes for Doge, 10 seconds for Lisk, and ADAMANT comes in 5 seconds. Thanks to Dash InstantSend technology, DASH transfers come instantly: master nodes verify transactions and promise to accept them in the subsequent blocks.
Now the ADAMANT wallet and messenger supports Dash InstantSend:
Meet the Bounty bot right in your chats. It pays rewards automatically and instantly after completing tasks. Now the bot works with Twitter — send /help command to learn the campaign rules and go ahead!
To ensure the reliability and safety of program code, it is important to keep libraries or dependencies up to date. In the update, we use libraries with no known vulnerabilities.
We also reduced the number of dependencies and eliminated unused bip39 wordlists — now the application is lighter.
We have optimized the generation of the cryptographic keys for the built-in crypto wallets, and logging in a new account has become ~6 times faster.
