I was up 5x by December only to watch that disappear quickly and then watch the original investment go down by about 85% during the ensuing 4 year bear market. I took the opportunity to accumulate more over the last 4 years which was hard to do and at the same time a smart thing to do. I wish I had bought more. I am in profit for now but I am planning on using my experience and what i have learnt from Elijah Huang I have learned from you and other Youtubrs especially my mentor Elijah Huang who taught me how to make trade and increase my crypto from 11 to 27btc that no one really knows what is going to happen in the market and I know you are only saying what you think will happen based on the past. It is yours and my opinion so people should make their own investment choices based on their own research!!!!!

3. I'm a real estate agent in the Lehigh Valley Pa. We are definitely facing a rental crisis. Tenants are unable to afford the high rent and the landlords are selling to buyer who want to occupy the home leaving the tenant homeless and unable to afford rising rent

7. Just a heads up…rv parks and mobile home parks are 2 totally different things!!

9. I live in Temecula ca I rent a apartment I’m current good on paying my rent , they moved me to month to month every year they Raise my rent I was at 1500 now I’m at 1750 as of this new year

10. You can live in a mobile home without living in a trailer park. Manufactured home prices are going up too though. But you can get the same amount of square footage for one for half the price of a site built new construction house. The lack of houses for sale here make me consider buying a manufactured home. My sister just sold her house and is having a nice manufactured home put on her own land. The choices for houses is slim.

11. My mom's house has been sold once and the new owner is selling it again and raising rent on her over 800 and this house is right in the middle of the ghetto, it's not fair.

12. Duplex changed ownership 4 times in 7 years with 3 management collecting rents with very poor maintenance or response to request for repairs. Rent increased 3rd time and I said goodbye. We moved with expensive trial and hope to recover soon from costs involved.

19. You know what so damn sad about this is that I was considered middle class now I'm considered poverty. Yes, I thought about getting a mobile home but then I saw how much it was and I can't even afford that. I even thought about getting a getting an RV. Now a place to park it has tripled in price so it makes no difference because the amount of your RV and the place that you park it is the same price or if not more then an apartment or a small home. So please don't joke about it and don't try to make it light. You all have no idea what it's like to be in our shoes.
