Right now, for our Customer Success team, we’re looking for a
Customer Support Team Leader
In this role, you will be in charge of
- Managing a front-line team of customer service representatives while creating a high-performing team culture
- Supporting our enterprise and individual clients via e-mail, product platforms, and other channels
- Analyzing and answering client’s queries
- Monitoring systems and applications
- Supporting Sales and Tech teams in the pre- and post-sales services
- Attend online meetings with clients
- Formulating short- and long-term goals of the team and ensuring their implementation according to the assumed criteria
- Motivating and managing the development of employees, support in achieving set goals, mentoring, setting schedules
Your strengths and experience
- Fluent English, Polish is a nice to have (any additional language is a plus!)
- ‘Client first’ approach
- Team management experience
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of communication skills
- Independence in action and responsibility for given tasks
- Prior IT customer support experience is a plus
- Availability to work on shifts (after 5 PM or over the weekends) is a plus
