Since cities can’t handle the homeless problem, should that be on you? In Los Angeles, a new initiative would force hotels to offer all vacant rooms to the homeless. Did the pandemic prepare us to hand over our businesses to the government? Are private homes next? Why can’t cities seem to come up with serious and permanent solutions to homelessness?

  1. Welcome to hotel California, you can checkout anytime you like but you can never leave. This is the beast system, you will do as we say not as we do. Bend or break politicians like Newsom don’t really care.

  2. Refer to what you want to discuss whichever way you want.
Don't let the leftists limit you.

The leftists decide a word or phrase is not appropriate and they choose another term that must be used in it place.
The constant change in labels is driven by the leftinsts to provide opportunity to waste time and introduce confusion.
This is a game that is being played and the rules are clear.

  3. Most people don’t know the origins of the word “ hobo “ and that’s why that word is very insulting, sadly people who want to insult others always find a derogatory way of saying a word that would degrade a person and that’s a very sad thing about humanity.

  4. And there’s never going to be a solution to homelessness because a lot of homeless people are broken people with or without mental problems and only by correcting their brokenness and their mental health can we help them to function better for themselves and not necessarily wanting them to become shining examples of a functioning citizen because it seems like it that the so-called “ heroes “ and shining examples of totally transformed people can only be found in fictional world.

  5. Sounds like the thing to do is, be "un-housed" and just stay in a free hotel every night. I have been doing this all wrong, I have been paying when I go to a hotel. And, if I broke anything, I was charged on MY credit card.

  6. you have to have a credit card to stay in a hotel in case you have damages many unhoused are not in shelters because they want to keep using hard drugs this will destroy hotels no one will want to go there only air b and b will gain from this

  7. Have these people actually MET 'The Homeless'?? Most are so sketched out on drugs they don't know if they are up or down.. Sure, let's put them in the hotels. They'll rip the place apart (with their bare hands) looking for drugs in paranoid delusions. Ask me how I know these things.

  8. Can someone please tell me how what Illinois is doing beginning 2023 is even legal???? It's literally "The Purge" movies in RL. People are going to get killed!!! Those people who pushed this sickening agenda should be prosecuted for every life taken!!!

  9. Hope your little girl gets BETTER. My IQ is 295…but it isn't worth having, without a moral compass, and emotional intelligence… empathy is the best knowledge. We value emotional intelligence…above any university degree. Family is important, we feel the same way about that. God bless.
