Please briefly introduce yourself.
After completing Bachelor of Architecture degree at Cornell University and Master of Architecture & Urban Planning at Harvard University, I have been an expert in the game industry for more than 20 years and have secured game mechanisms and 3D implementation technology and talent.
In particular, ‘Club M star’, an avatar-oriented social game sold to ‘Netmarble’, is the first game developed using Unreal Engine in Korea and this is still being serviced on ‘Netmarble’ using music, fashion, and space elements. At the time of the project, based on user data consuming virtual fashion, the “Next Biggest Fashion Market is a Virtual World” insight, and has since worked to connect e-commerce to a gaming virtual space.
As a result of these efforts, we worked with various luxury fashion brands to produce virtual avatars, 3D Fashion Viewer, Virtual Popup store, and Virtual Lookbook. Most recently, it was selected as the 3D & Virtual Product Experience category in the Innovation Award of LVMH, a global luxury master, and recently was selected as one of the 23 startups of LVMH.

Altava has launched the world’s leading quality fashion metaverse platform, ‘Altava : Worlds of You’, offers metaverse, virtual store, NFT, and blockchain technologies, and is leading brands from Web 2 to Web 3.
Recently, the Bored Ape Golf Club (BAGC) NFT has been introduced through partnerships with the world’s most famous NFTs, BAYC’s holder groups, building and leading a true next-generation ecosystem based on the company’s philosophy of connecting the Web3 world and IRL.
Altava Group is developing its own metaverse to expand its Onmi-channel customer experience, with the mission “Taking Fashion & Luxury to the metaverse” to help global luxury brands Web3 and Metaverse integration, especially with the question of what “Next Commerce” is.
Its own metaverse, ALTAVA Worlds of You, is a platform that provides Virtual-first Brand Expression, based on a realistic graphic style, through a familiar approach to the MZ generation called Gamification. By incorporating the concept of Direct to Avatar (D2A), users will form a digital society centered on avatars, depicting various brand experiences in virtual space interacting with consumption in the real world.
Brand and IP collaboration is one of the most important topics in the fashion industry, and recently, we are working with the world’s most famous Web3 IP, BAYC, Elite Ape / Animoca Brands / Sandbox, to prepare a new type of NFT project, Bored Ape Golf Club (BAGC) Collection.
Beyond just Digital Collectible, BAGC is a project that builds offline experiences, fashion, and communities on the theme of golf, and I am confident that it will expand the existing company’s strategic direction to Web3 to Web2 to create an ALTAVA GROUP ecosystem as a Portal between Web2 and Web3.
What are you planning to build on your LAND? What kinds of experiences can we look forward to?
K-verse ALTAVA LAND is an extension of the Bored Ape Golf Club (BAGC) NFT ecosystem, including BAGC’s Special Voxel Avatar. We are going to build a BAGC Golf Country Club on a 2×1 area LAND with a golf theme.
BAGC Golf CC will have an NFT gallery featuring various projects from ALTAVA. Here, users will also be able to experience a nine-hole golf game where they can compete with each other.
Users can play miniature golf games at BAGC LAND and have a chance to be in the Hall of Fame. BAGC holders are offered the privilege of participating in regular golf tournaments and receiving prizes according to their rankings.
How the content will be shared with your community. Would there be a special way to participate in the content on The Sandbox?
ALTAVA’s own Disord, Medium, Telegram, Instagram, and Twitter, which have a total of 200k community users, plans to promote this project by combining all touchpoints with global promotion.
